First Let me dispel the "teacup" myth Teacup chihuahua is not an official
term,Chihuahuas are officially only referred to as "long coat" or "short coat" on their
"certificate of pure bred papers"
However, "teacup" "micro teacup" as well as "double long coat" is a descriptive term
breeders commonly use to categorize the size and style of the Chihuahua.
The official breed standard is 2 to 6lbs, (with 4lbs preferred by most judges) Let me be
perfectly clear We do not set out to deliberately produce micro teacups!
Our puppies range in size;
Micro teacup 2 to 3 1/2 lbs, teacup 3 1/2 to 5lbs, standard 5 to 7 1/2 lbs
Most of our babies are in the teacup range 31/2 to 5lbs at maturity.
Which is right in the middle of the breed Standard
Ideally chihuahuas weighing 5 or more pounds tend to be the more hardy, and more
healthy all around, with hardly ever an instance of hypoglycemia as is sometimes common

Indeed Chihuahuas are the world's smallest dog but, they are also the dog with the
worlds longest life expectancy too!! Living 14,15,16,17 years and sometimes beyond That
includes the Teacup and Micro teacup size Being extra tiny is part of their generic make
up it is not a unhealthy phenomenon
Our Chihuahuas Are raised in a smoke free environment,
Underfoot, right in our Living room, for optimum socialization, as well as a happy, healthy,
well adjusted puppy.
This also allows us to know the personality of each individual pup So we may place the
right pup with the right person.
We are a hobbyist group of breeding partners raising Chihuahua puppies in small family
environment.
We believe our potential parents deserve as much personal love, affection and attention
as any pet deserves.
That is why each partner has small number of dogs that are our pets first.
By networking with each other, we are able to achieve variety in; colour, size, long coat, or
short coat.
We aim for puppies that weigh 4 to 5lbs at maturity Which is commonly called "teacup"
Having said that, we do get some real tines sometimes called Micro teacups or pocket
pups. Alternatively we also get some a little over the breed standard weight of 6lbs.
We guarantee in writing the health of every pup that leaves our care. We also Guarantee,
No puppy ever leaves our care with any worms, parasites etc... What so ever!!! It is My
strong opinion that there is no excuse for that! If the parents are well taken care of, Than
why should any puppy have parasites? Each Pup is fully examined by our veterinarian
and given an official health Certificate Which States that the pup is healthy and fit for
purchase
We believe it is just as important,
to produce a puppy with a excellent temperament and the most pleasant disposition as it
is to produce a healthy puppy that fits the breed standard.
Our Litters are Carefully planned. We consider all the physical characteristics and
temperaments of both prospective parents and put the two together that would best
compliment each other
Our Dogs are fed Only Premium quality dog food Royal Canin Chihuahua #28
Our puppies are feed Royal Canin small Breed Puppy 33. This Food is largely preferred
by Most vets and breeders that I have encountered at Dog shows. It is formulated to target
the most specific nutritional needs of Chihuahuas
It is worth noting that this dog food company was never a part of the recent recalled pet
food
They are also raised (Puppies and Adults) on true spring water as their exclusive drinking
water. Even so their water is served in a "Hagen dog it" water fountain dish/filtration
system to filter out hair, dust, chemicals, and harmful bacteria associated with several
dogs drinking from the same dish. There are too many metals in tap water which believed
to have a barring on the length of life expectancy. Most city water is hard water and can
be more stressful on the heart. We believe in giving our dogs and puppies every
advantage available right from the start!!!
WE DO NOT BREED Merles ! According to CKC Standards Merles are an Instant
disqualification
Merles are not true Pure breeds. Chihuahuas do not naturally carry this gene.
The mutation of this gene has caused serious defects in the breed even deafness,
blindness and other serious health issues. Please before considering a Merle
do some research!
Please be aware it is not our interest to simply sell our puppies for money. Our goal is to
place our puppies in home that will be a happy, healthy, safe, Permanent, loving, home
where they will be cherished and well cared for. When applying for a puppy be prepared
We will have just as many questions for you as you should have for us.
